We’re a small mom-led brand committed to quality, care and worldwide delivery. Here’s how our return & refund process works - simple, transparent, and fair.

1. When eligible for refund or replacement

  1. We offer a full refund or free replacement if any of the following apply:
  2. Your item arrives damaged, defective or broken.
  3. You receive a wrong item, incorrect quantity, or incorrect variant (size/colour) that does not match the order.
  4. The order is not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe (see shipping delays section).

2. Not eligible for return or refund

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  1. Change of mind, you simply don’t want the item anymore.
  2. Wrong size or color selected by you unless it falls under “wrong item” above.
  3. Delay or loss due to incorrect address, customs clearance, refusal to accept delivery, or shipping method you selected with limited trackability.
  4. We encourage you to double-check your address and variant selection before checkout.

3. How to request a refund or replacement

To make the process fast and smooth, here’s what to do:

  1. Email us at info@neernmom.store with your order number and clear photo or video of the issue (for damage/defect) or screenshot of wrong item.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, submit a claim with our fulfilment partner.
  3. Once approved, we’ll notify you by email with instructions or next steps.

4. Delivery/timeframes & delayed order policy

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  1. For USA orders: delay dispute can be raised if 45 days (from the date shipped from warehouse) passes with no delivery.
  2. For some countries/custom shipping methods: 60-110+ days depending on logistics & customs. 
  3. If tracking shows delivered, Our partner will generally not approve a refund for “not received”.
  4. We ask you to notify us as soon as possible if you believe your order is delayed or missing.

5. Cancellation policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement (before processing by our fulfilment partner). After that, because the order goes into shipping and fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible.

6. How refunds are processed

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Typical processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider. If you choose a replacement instead of refund, we will confirm the new shipping details and delivery time.

7. Low-value items & return to sender

For low unit-cost items (e.g., under US$10) or items where return shipping cost is higher than value, we may offer a partial refund or resend rather than request the physical return.
